Our retreats are designed for anyone wishing to improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Whether you’re a busy working woman, a stressed professional, or simply someone looking to reconnect with yourself, our programs are designed to meet your specific needs.
3. What's included in a retreat program?
Each retreat includes yoga, meditation, personal development workshops, massage, fun activities and healthy meals prepared by our chef. The program is structured around specific themes such as re-connection, awareness and learning to let go.
4. How can I book a retreat?
You can book your retreat directly on our website by visiting the “Book your experience” section. Our retreats will also be available for sale in selected travel agencies, including those managed by Sylvia with West Abroad and in other agencies in St-Barthélemy.
5. What are the retreats rates?
Rates vary according to room and extra activities in the retreat. You’ll find price details on our booking page. (We also offer instalment options to help you plan your stay with peace of mind). Prices start at €2,500.
6. Where is the retreat located?
Our retreats take place in the paradisiacal setting of the Dominican Republic, with its fine sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters and lush natural surroundings ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. Lodged in different structures on the island depending on the date of the retreat, nature will be omnipresent throughout your stay.
7. What should I bring with me to the retreat?
We recommend that you bring comfortable clothes for the yoga and meditation sessions, a swimsuit, sunglasses, cap, sunscreen, pens, highlighter, walking shoes, and any other personal items you may need. We’ll provide all the materials needed for activities and workshops.
8. Are meals included in the program?
Yes, all meals are included. Our chef, Loan, prepares healthy, nutritious meals in harmony with each participant’s needs and inspired by the retreat themes. We can also accommodate specific dietary requirements on request using the entry form.
